The Art of Seeing Yourself Anew
A space for acceptance and revealing your true nature through photography
If you are reading this, something inside may already resonate
We rarely look at ourselves through the eyes of love. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we lack the time to see the beauty, naturalness, and harmony within ourselves. But what if the camera could show your true essence?
This is more than just photographs. It is an opportunity to pause, feel, reveal, and accept your uniqueness. Each shot is a dialogue with yourself, a space where there is no judgment or stereotypes.
What is this process about?
About accepting yourself as you are
About how light and shadow create a story where you are the main character
About softness and freedom, without tension and masks
About the opportunity to feel comfortable in your body
How is the process structured?
Photo therapy is a step-by-step journey to acceptance and love for oneself. Each stage reveals new facets of your personality.
The First Cup of Coffee
We start simply — meeting in a cozy café to get acquainted. If you wish, you can share what led you to the idea of such a photo session and share your story — this will help make the shoot deeper and more personal. It's a light conversation where you can ask any questions and feel how comfortable you are. The decision is always yours — to continue or not, right away or after some thought. This meeting is not obligatory; it simply helps you make an informed choice.
Getting to Know the Image
The first shoot begins simply – soft light, comfortable clothing, natural movements. You get used to the camera, and I help you find comfortable angles. Smiles, lightness, and feeling yourself in the moment are important here.
Diving into Feelings
At the second meeting, we add more freedom in poses and movements. You observe yourself through the lens, finding your strength in plasticity, emotions, and gaze. This is where the real magic of acceptance begins.
Pure Naturalness
In the final shoot, you completely let go of control. There is no "right" or "perfect," only sincerity. In this stage, you can feel truly free – in your body, emotions, and sensations.
Safety and Confidentiality
Your boundaries are always a priority. Each shoot takes place in a cozy and trusting atmosphere, where no one judges or evaluates.
Your photographs will remain only with you. We can shoot onto your flash drive or immediately transfer all materials to your laptop. Everything created on that day stays between us.
I do not publish or show photographs without your explicit written consent. Your peace of mind and trust are the foundation of our work.
Who is this practice for?
For those who want to free themselves from the "good girl" syndrome
When social expectations and the desire to be "right" prevent you from feeling alive and authentic
For those going through a difficult period in life
Breakups, divorces, relationship crises – when you need to feel your worth and strength again
For those who want to see their beauty
When the mirror only shows "flaws," but you want to see the wholeness and harmony of your image
For those who want to step beyond their comfort zone
When there is a desire inside to be more open, bold, and free, but you lack support and a safe space
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it mandatory to participate in all stages?
No, you choose how far you want to go in the process. You can stop at any stage or go through the entire journey – it all depends on your desire and comfort.
How revealing will the photos be?
The degree of revealing is determined by you. We discuss your boundaries in advance and never violate them. The goal is not revealing for the sake of revealing, but your sense of freedom and comfort in your body.
What if I am not photogenic?
Photogenicity is a myth. Every person is beautiful when they feel comfortable and relaxed. My job is to help you open up and see your natural beauty without tension and posing.
How long does each stage last?
Usually, one shoot takes about 2 hours, but we are not in a hurry. The quality of the process is more important than the number of photos taken.
