• "Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości 'Twój StartUp'" is the organization through which invoicing and billing is carried out.

• Cancellation or rescheduling of a shoot is governed by the terms specified in the service agreement.
• Invoicing and billing is carried out through Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości "Twój StartUp".

6. Copyright for Photographs

All rights to photographs created as part of the services belong to the photographer, unless otherwise specified in the contract. The client receives the right to use the photographs for personal non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

All photographs posted on this site belong to the photographer, unless other authorship information is specified on a particular page. In cases where works by other photographers are presented on the site, the relevant information about the copyright holder will be clearly indicated on that page.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of information on our site, but we do not guarantee that the site will function without errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for:

• Any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our site.
